Elite Coach

Keystone FC's Elite program allows for committed flexibility (multiple sports) for players ages 8-18. Teams play 10 months (August-May) with the main seasons in Fall and Spring. Elite coaches time commitment typically consists of 2 trainings a week, 1 league game on the weekend, and tournament travel. Previous experience in soccer coaching preferred. This is an intermediary level of competitive soccer and positions are paid.

Grassroots Coach

Keystone FC's Grassroots program is our players first introduction to soccer. Overseeing our Keystone Kickers, YDP, and Recreation programs, the Grassroots program coach position is a great opportunity for young coaches to begin working with our youngest players. Keystone FC is looking for Keystone Kickers coaches and YDP Trainers who are 18 years of age or older with access to reliable transportation and a passion for soccer. Pay is hourly and varies based on experience.

United Coach

Keystone FC's United Program is the first step in our competitive travel program, United soccer provide a learning environment for players of all skill levels between the ages of 8-18.  Teams will practice two times per week during the Fall and Spring seasons. Players will compete in the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League with games on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.  Teams may play in a local tournament during the season. This is a beginning level of competitive soccer and positions are a combination of volunteer and paid.

Youth Soccer Camp Coach

Keystone FC runs soccer camps and clinics year-round across Central Pennsylvania. These camps mainly take place in the summer and winter and range from camps that help develop players of all types, to camps that can focus on a single position like Striker or Goalkeeper. Keystone FC is looking for camp coaches who are 18 years of age or older with access to reliable transportation and a passion for soccer. Pay is hourly and varies based on experience.
